The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. In line with the Malaysia government’s decision to implement Sales and Service Tax (SST) of 6% effective 1st January 2022, this tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in.
Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel, hotel will not accept any third party credit card.

The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom has all the features required for a good and refreshing shower and the dressing table is a pleasant surprise. Good location and within walking distance to the ferry terminal. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Location is perfect - walking distance to most things you'd want to see staying in Georgetown. Rooms have everything you need, the pool is great, staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is second to none - lots of local and 'western' options available.

Room was large with a balcony, staff lovely and let us book in early, room service meals were delicious and breakfast buffet extensive.
