The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that a Penang Heritage Tax applies and is not included in the rates. Rates are MYR 2 per room per night, MYR 0.50 per person per night (dormitory). This is to be paid upon check in
For bookings of 5 rooms or more, please note that a prepayment deposit of 50% of the total charges is required upon arrival.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Pink color. Toilet so clean feels like home. Decoration nice and in good condition. Strategic place to go town walking distance only.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. The room was clean, bright, and spacious. It was furnished in a cute and charming way, and there was a lot of pink everywhere! As someone who loves pink, I absolutely adored it. There was plenty of space to hang my clothes on the clothing rack, which was really convenient. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room pleasantly cool. The staff were very friendly. The small swimming pool was a great addition — refreshing and perfect for escaping the heat of the day. The hotel was within walking distance of all the city’s main attractions, and public transport made it easy to reach places like the harbor, the botanical gardens, and Penang Hill. I would definitely stay here again — especially if you're a fan of pink!

everything about the facilities is ok. lovee our double deluxe room, it exceeded our expectation. bathroom is nice, bed is comfy, and the hotel is v pretty with pink detailings. only 2-5 mins walk to komtar, surrounded by various kind of eateries. you can just walk to get to your desired location.
