Spacious and clean room with two comfy queen beds, a fridge, and a charming English classic-style bathroom. Staff were friendly and professional — they even helped return my ID card to the room. Peaceful view and very comfortable at night. Notes: There are stairs inside the unit, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or those using a wheelchair.

The hotel location is in the middle and easy to going anywhere. This is my many times to stay here everytime i went to Penang. I won't stay anywhere else except this hotel. The staffs also really friendly, parking is provided. Me and my family really love this hotel!
