The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1 July 2022 the Local Government Fee of RM 2.00 nett per room per night to be collected separately from room charges upon check in from all guests.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Welcoming and helpful staff especially Irfan and Shafiq. Thanks to them for answering all my queries even late in the evening. We were happy with the amenities and the service. The bath towels were changed everyday, bottled water was supplied and the apartment was serviced. The location was good with street food across the road and walking distance to eateries nearby.

Cute old building in the centre of George Town. Very spacious and fresh. Excellent value for money. Clean. Staff very responsive via WhatsApp.

Location was great... No problem with traffic noise.... Close to lots of good places to eat. Bed is super comfy. Check in was so easy and staff very helpful.
