The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective June 01, 2014, the Penang City Council will be imposing a fee of MYR 3 per room per night, payable directly to the hotel upon check in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Warm welcome. Room was rather small with limited view of city. All my needs were provided and also a cake was provided for my belated birthday. Staff were very dutiful and friendly with smile throughout the stay. specifically, ZABIDI and FAKHRUL at entrance and SHAHMIRUL during housekeeping.

The room is clean and well-maintained. The hotel is very convenient, with numerous restaurants and shops located within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Booking deluxe king & terkejut dpt upgrade bilik besar! Tqvm
