First of all a big shoutout to the staff. From the moment you arrive, they are so welcoming and make you feel at home. During the check-in, we received a welcome drink and got very detailed information about the hotel, the neighborhood, food we needed to try, … Everytime when we left the hotel or arrived, the staff was ready to do a little chat and asked where we were going or what we did that day. The rooms were spacious, clean and very charming. Every afternoon, we were surprised with a new homemade afternoon snack in the fridge.

The building and the rooms are lovely and beautifully decorated. Staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was also good. The location is perfect in one of the most pleasant streets of Penang, close to many restaurante, shops and attractions.
