We were well treated here and the staff very helpful. Facilities were good and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with a fair amount to choose from. Location is terrific and not too bad as far as value goes, maybe a little too expensive but only just.

We found Citadines to be a very nice hotel in a good location. The establishment is clearly one that focuses on making the experience a good one for the guest with staff who have the right training and personality and the aesthetic and general décor is set at a higher level. The bed is excellent: a firmer support but not one that would alienate those who prefer the opposite, decent shower and the desk in the room is well-suited for working. There is a drinking water tap in the corridor that runs through a filtration system instead of plastic bottles in the room: this is a very good idea and coffee is free 24/7 in the lobby area: also a nice touch. The breakfast area is in the open courtyard in the middle of the building structure: we found this unusual in a good way. Hin Bus Depot is a stone’s throw away and there are numerous restaurants and cafés in the vicinity.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good-sized pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient, and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

toilet amenities are sufficient and service was good. bed was good and area was clean. they have a water station to refill water in a jug found in the room instead of bottled water. eating and massage around the area and the mall is in walking distance also. grab has no issue finding location. breakfast has sufficient variety for a small start before going around the island for more. good place to stay if you are not familiar for the first time.
