The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please ensure to wear the proper attire e.g. Swimming Attire for swimming & Gym Attire for the gym. Otherwise, guards will not be allowed users to enter.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Mr Lee is very sweet even though we were late check in. Very attentive. The apartment was clean,spacious and fully furnished. My kids was very please. My husband mention that the view from the verandah is gorgeous. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Great stay! It's our second time to stay at Vista Residences. The house was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. Host was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended if you travelling with a large family.
