Contact with Bie before arriving was good. Bie met us at the secure car park which was only a short walk from the hotel. Location is great with an excellent view and close to everything. Room was very comfortable and clean. Drinks in the room were complimentary. Excellent choice for breakfast and a fantastic outside area for warmer weather. The hotel bar outside area was great for watching the world go by.

Loved the perfect location but also my gorgeous room which really did have a view, the incredible breakfast (Just wow!), the three course dinner in the restaurant, the generous free mini bar. The bed was so comfortable too. All of it. Bie is a wonderful host who was incredibly helpful with luggage and organising a taxi for me. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in and would go back to Ghent just to stay here again.
