The fine print
A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

The room was clean and tidy, the location was only 10 minutes walking from the station, nearby market had everything you could need, also a supermarket 5 mins walk away. We could also walk to the harbour in Genoa, through beautiful piazzas. We took a short train ride to Sturla, then walked to Spiaggia di Vernazzola, which was a beautiful beach with swimming. Also easy to do a trip to Portofino and back while staying at Hotel Suisse. We arrived later than planned but the lovely friendly lady stayed to welcome us and to check in. It felt safe and secure. Communication was good! Shared bathroom was not a problem, it was always clean and not busy. Great value for money, thank you for a good stay in Genoa!

It is near the center and very clean, the staff knows not a lot of English but everything was alright! She was very nice! If someone is thinking about this place and does not know if it is worth it because if shared bathroom, it was so clean and smelled so nice. Very well kept!
