The rooms are small but very clean, and all the staff are very friendly and understanding. The only issue was the mosquito problem, which I believe is not specific to the facility but rather to Genoa in general. Still, adding mosquito screens to the windows could be helpful. The location is very central, just a two to three-minute walk from Brignole station, which is a significant advantage in a city where the metro is quite limited. I definitely recommend it.

Very close to one of the train stations in Genoa. Close to the historic centre, lots of food outlets and shops nearby. The rooms felt recently refurbished, was comfortable to stay in.

Really convenient, comfortable stay. No hassle in the hotel, very friendly staff. In a good location and has great transport options nearby. I had a huge bathroom in my room which was lovely.

Very friendly staff in the lobby and ready to help for any questions! The room was very clean and comfortable! And the location is great since all touristic attractions including the port can be reached by foot.. approximately 15 minutes walking to the city center
