I really appreciated the kindness of Mrs. Danijela, who welcomed us at reception and gave us clear and precise instructions regarding the reserved parking, so we had no problems in the otherwise rather chaotic city traffic. 😉 I would also like to thank the charming and friendly young lady who accompanied us to the apartment (which is not located in the main hotel building) and, along the way, gave us useful recommendations about good restaurants and the city itself. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I hope she will recognise herself from this description. I mention this because, during the same trip to France, we had the opposite experience — due to a lack of professionalism at the reception, we did not receive the correct information. In one case, this led us to leave our car in the wrong place during check-in, and someone deliberately scratched it with a sharp object. In another instance, we were not informed that the hotel had two staircases, and of course the one leading to our room was the more distant one that we didn’t notice at first. Now imagine having three heavy suitcases and two carry-on bags, only to end up in the wrong part of the building, then having to go back down and finally find the correct corridor. As for the apartment itself, I particularly liked how spacious it was — this was actually the main reason we chose it. The smart TV was also a big plus, as we were able to connect our mobile phone and watch our own content on the large screen. I would also like to highlight the very good hotel breakfast, with a wide variety of food and friendly staff.

The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Genova. The apartment was comfortable enough for a 1 night stay.

The location is right in the historic centre. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was superb.
