I was travelling with my family (the grandmother) and thought the resort offered everything we all needed. The food, staff and setting were all perfect. We had a fun and relaxing holiday. A great escape for families with mixed ages. thanks, Wendy

So many things we loved about this resort - will try to outline some of them! We were a family group of 9 people - mixed ages (4 to 78) so we thought it worked very well indeed. The resort itself has a very spacious and peaceful feel with beautifully kept grounds. Food and dining choices were great for our group. Excellent breakfast - so many options and choices for all - children and adults all happy! Also the buffet staff at breakfast (and dinner) were so polite, welcoming and attentive. Lunch and dinner options were also very varied with great buffet choices at dinner and then delicious food at the three speciality restaurants - great for a change from the buffet too. Again, the staff looked after us impeccably. The highlight for us all though was definitely the staff - they are all absolutely outstanding! From the reception staff to the catering staff and then also the Entertainment team - all massive highlights. Special mention to Panagiotis and his fabulous team who made sure we were fed and watered throughout our stay! Gaspar at the Wet Bar looked after us impeccably too, along with his colleagues. Francesco and team provided entertainment and laughs for us all - we especially enjoyed doing the movie quiz twice with the whole family! The swimming pool selection was great and also the beach and beach bars. We loved the beanbags on the beach and chilled there a few times. Despite it not being a white and sandy beach - it's still lovely and the kids played with all the pebbles! We did a couple of day trips to Rhodos and Lindos which were easy and the hotel can help with transport if you don't have a hired car (we had one between us but also used taxis). Some really great musical entertainment that our family enjoyed joining in with at times! Oh and go and visit Gina in the pretty new Resort Boutique Gift shop - she's a lovely and kind lady!!! Thanks to all at Gennadi Grand Resort who contributed to a wonderful and very happy family holiday!

We had a 5 night stay and we had a really good time. The staff were ALL incredible even though the hotel was getting ready to close down at the end of the season. We managed to change our original booking to two pool suites next to each other which meant our teenage kids had their own space too. Buffet was great for breakfast every day and the two ala carte restaurants we booked were also very good for dinner.

We have stayed here twice and each time was fantastic, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food here is best with a lot of variety. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
