The girl on the desk was so friendly and helpful. She gave us great advice for our travel the following day and gave us complimentary tickets for our train to the airport the following morning. There was water in the lobby which was much needed and appreciated. There is just an extra touch with a hotel that leaves water in your room and a kettle for tea and coffee. It hints at a generosity that permeates the whole experience and this was the case in The new Midi. The bed was also extremely comfortable as was the temperature in the room. Lovely soaps and lotions were complimentary too. A brilliant location.. close to everything.. Great value for money!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the warm welcome at check-in to the comfortable room, the Gym room, everything was perfect. I felt truly taken care of during my stay. well. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the team.
