Pets are not allowed in the restaurant.Please note that air conditioning is only available from mid-May to mid-September.Please note that prepayment by a third party credit card is only allowed upon written confirmation from the credit card holder authorizing the hotel to charge the credit card and a copy of passport or ID.The nearby public parking is called Cornavin. Please contact the hotel reception for information about payment. To avail of the discount (upto 40%) at the Cornavin parking, guests must park at level -2 or -3.
Level -1 is only for short duration and no discount is given.The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest for repairing damage to the property, including water damage, carpet burns or damage to bedding, furniture or facilities.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Clean and comfortable. It felt secure and staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was very reasonably priced for Geneva, even if it wasn't the best.

Great location, just opposite the train station and close to CBD and bus station too. Staff is very friendly. Wish the bathroom can be revamped in the next few years to have a modern make over

The hotel was in a perfect location, very close to the main train station and walking distance to shopping districts and tourist sites. The staff was excellent in all areas and the breakfast buffet was very good with an excellent selection of hot and cold foods. The cleaning staff did a great job every day with cleaning the room. All in all excellent customer service, a very relaxing stay and a very enjoyable experience.
