+ The hotel was ok in general: clean rooms, nice furniture, no complaints about facilities itself. + City transport card for the duration of stay was a nice bonus. + Location near central railway station is good in the sense that you can easily travel to airport. But the neighbourhood could’ve been more pleasant than here. - We arrived earlier and receptionist kindly offered us early check in for ‘just 50 euros extra’. The next person got the same offer with exactly the same words. It’s a normal practice I understand but you feel like a customer not like guest after that.

Location, cleanliness and room size was good. Being unable to change the room temperature was disappointing and we couldn't open the window due to the trains and building works beneath the window.
