I was there for just one night. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The location is ok-ish given the fact that Gelsenkirchen is a small city. 15-minute walk from the city center is manageable.

We had to book last minute as we were let down by another provider. We arrived a little before 3pm but there was no questions asked and we were checked in straight away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and all of the team were more than happy to help at any time, day or night.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Nice bar for a late drink. Good choice of breakfast. Room was comfortable.
