The room at the front of the hotel had a glorious view of the pier and marina which was the best part of the booking and the Novotel location is fabulous with the Westfield behind. I liked the availability of room service and the well-maintained heated pool and amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable; some of the details like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, the contemporary walk-in shower and the easy access power points at bedside table level were really appreciated. It was really convenient to have access to room service food.

Beautiful views and delicious food. The customer service was excellent, and the food was top quality. The location is perfect close to the beach with peaceful late-night walks that felt safe. It was truly a wonderful experience.

We had a team bonding event and were looked after really well by the front desk team. The rooms were great and comfy. The location on the waterfront and proximity to attractions in town is really good.

Very comfortable bed. Loved the spacious shower and bathroom. The buffet breakfast was really good and exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is really great. Just across the road from Eastern beach and a short walk across the road in the other direction behind the hotel to Westfield Geelong for shops and food. Very helpful and friendly staff.
