Superb location in the city center. Very good breakfast served in a cafe in an adjacent building (10 m). The hotel reception had no problem using English. However, at breakfast it was a bit more difficult to get answers about allergies. But the waitresses still tried their best, and everything went well. We arrived in the middle of the night, at 02:30. The reception closes at 22:00, but as promised by email, a man was awake and let us in in no time. Much appreciated at that time of day! The check-out time is quite early, already at 10:00, but when we asked the receptionist lady, there was no problem extending it by an extra hour. And when we came back from our breakfast, the lady happily told us that we could even keep our two rooms until 15:00 *without* any extra charge, since the hotel was not expecting any new guests that day. Thank you!

The breakfast in the cafe next door was great and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for sightseeing and the railway station. The fact that the hotel is also a tourist nformation centre was an added bonus.

Amazing location in the heart of historical centre. Spacious and beautiful room. Everything was clean. Very kind staff. View from the room to the Dlugi Targ is amazing.
