We stayed at Villa Athermigo for our first 4 nights on Crete (after flying into Chania) and couldn‘t have been happier with our choice. Set in an old olive mill, the place feels very calm and private (only 3 rooms, beautiful garden and pool) and yet manages to create a nice sense of community. The staff was great — special shoutout to Chrisa who served breakfast every morning with a vibrant energy, smiles and good tips for the surroundings.
