Having stated multiple times in Radisson Blu chain of hotels in the UK (particularly Manchester airport) and in Europe (mainly Nordic countries) , we were quite happy with the property in Guwahati. However, usually they are located in close proximity with the airport but this was close but not that close. The staff at the reception and restaurants were very courteous. The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was good as was the set menu at The Kabab Factory. The staff at the Salon and Spa were were efficient and the ambience was nice. This was our third stay at Radisson Blu Guwahati and it was a good one. Would like to take the name of Ngipwan from The Kabab Factory for her excellent service.
