Breakfast was as good and delicious as if cooked by TV Masterchef, lots of choice, on time and hot. Stupendous. Beautiful house, 100% comfort, peace , quiet, tranquillity. Lovely outside terraces and gardens. Hosts made me feel home away from home. Nothing was too much trouble. Near railway for trips to Edinburgh centre rather than drive. Easy parking

Truly exceptional. Wonderful house with fabulous big rooms and great style and character. The hosts are gracious and delightful, and the location across the Tweed from Melrose with so many good restaurants, cafes and walks is perfect. We loved our three nights exploring the Borders and would very happily go back. Thank you Ian and Sheila!

We all loved everything about Fauhope. The breakfast is so delicious and plentiful. Sheila and Ian are fabulous hosts and make you feel so welcome. It is so peaceful and relaxing you just don't want to leave. Would 100% recommend and definitely will return.
