The staff are very helpful both on the phone and in person. The big smiles are warm and welcoming. The staff that checked us in and showed us the facilities was very kind and easy to deal with. She explained everything clearly and was very kind to answer my silly questions.

Location was good and all staff I interacted with very pleasant & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Meal I had was lovely.

Beautiful comfortable clean room with air-conditioning and TV. Even the shared bathroom/toilet were spotless. I really liked the idea of the basin in the room.
