The staff was very friendly. The location is good. If you have small kids, you can entertain them in the swimming pool. In the evening you can sit by the fire

The room wasn't that spacious but the bed was comfortable which is a plus. There's a free trolley stop at the hotel that takes you downtown which was nice. There's a an indoor pool with hot tub and and outdoor small water slide which the kids love. One of the bedside light wasn't working but they came in right away to fix it.
