The staff was very friendly, the room absolutely clean, beds very good, most things were perfect and it is directly at Parkway but within a quite area, so sleep was good! We didn't use the microwave, but liked that there was a quite big fridge into the room. Bathroom: Very good, shampoo, make-up remover pads, shower gel, body lotion. We were that lucky to see a big bear on the parking lot, right besides our balcony :-))

We liked the second room we were assigned. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the strip, but the paint was peeling on the railing, and music from the strip was loud until late at night, so keep that in mind. We enjoyed being able to look and sit outside and see the town's activity. The breakfast was very good, and had options like sausage, scrambled eggs, cereal, waffles, grits, oatmeal, etc. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available all the time. The location is great for walking in downtown Gatlinburg, and is directly across the street from Crockett's. We enjoyed breakfast there.

The breakfast was great, loved the 2 gentleman that was serving breakfast, very friendly and always cheerful. It was a great way to the start of our day. Breakfast was always hot and fresh.
