I was allowed to put my luggage before the check-in time. Thanks for that as I was travelling with an infant. The public transport is very very accessible. To bahnof, eibsee, anywhere - the bus is just 100 meters away. Kitchen is clean, basic. Enough for short stays surely. Balcony views are AMAZING. Both balconies got BEAUTIFUL Views. Very peaceful in the night. Sit & relax. TV , WiFi not provided - I take 40% positive for enjoying the views, time with friends/family rather on these things. Signal strength inside is okay. We were allotted in second floor, no elevator. Provided city passes to all residents. I didn't find any supermarket or restaurant nearby - maybe prepare yourself to carry from Marienplatz or Kurpark.

Peaceful location just a 10 minute bus ride away from the city center. Gorgeous views, super comfortable bed (had the best nap of our lives)
