1. Excellent location - really near to the town center which was just about 5-10 mins walk away 2. Well-equipped kitchen - very good and clean utensils/ kitchen appliances for cooking a decent meal 3. Easy collection of keys upon arrival 4. Underground garage 5. Very spacious and clean 6. Washing machine and dryers to wash our laundry!
