We booked mainly for the location which more than met our expectations, the old house was fascinating & the small village of Bogliaco & neighbouring town of Gargnano were charming; far more places to eat & visit than we had expected. The Spa wasn't used by us (I thought it was included in the hotel stay but it didn't matter..) & there were few massage slots so we didn't have time. The small friendly staff also made it charming though perhaps not always assume everyone visiting is German ! We would stay here again for it's character and location and wonderful peaceful atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast especially the made to order omelettes. The staff were fantastic and very supportive and cheerful. The location was superb. including the dining area overlooking the lake. It was a wonderful romantic setting.

Beautiful setting, especially out on the terrace in the restaurant/bar area overlooking the lake directly. Felt very peaceful away from the tourist bustle in a lot of Lake Garda. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous.

The location was absolutely perfect, a little slice of heaven. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, shout out to Paulo who was lovely! So calm and peaceful and the restaurant was great, even during the thunderstorms. I will be back for sure some time :)
