Location is very convenient, 15-minute drive from Keflavik airport and the area with the old and new lighthouses is worth a visit in itself. Also important for us was the 24/7 front-desk, as our flight arrived close to midnight. The room is spacious, a lot of cabinets to place stuff, wooden build gives it a "chalet" feel. Mattresses are firm, which is our preference. Breakfast was quite satisfying. A drive in this tip of the peninsula has incredible things to see, including Valahnúkamöl.

All was great, we only stayed 1 night, but it was super comfortable, spacious, clean and close to the airport. Stuff was very nice as well.

The accommodation is near Gardur lighthouse amd open wide field. Thus it is ideal for catching the aurora. We stayed for only 1 night and felt it really welcomed by staff members, especially Matilda , who explained to us how to look out for the aurora in detail. When she sighted the aurora, Matilda came knocking at our doors. It was such an amazing moment as we first experienced the beautiful dance. We felt lucky and blessed to have the information from Matilda as it was our first night in Iceland. For the rest of our two weeks in Iceland, we were able to witness more sightings as per her description. Really grateful to have met such a cheerful and pleasant staff who goes beyond her duty to let us have such a wonderful experience at the inn. Thank you
