We were upgraded to a lovely balcony room. Great location with Beautiful gardens and amazing staff. I ate at the hotel, and the food was also really good.

It’s very authentic, feels very Italian and makes the experience all the better for it. Situated in a great place with access to ferry, and restaurants.
