Spacious, brand-new, and comfortable apartment. Impeccably clean. Two bathrooms, a nice terrace, and private underground parking. Location close to Funchal and airport.

Everything was great. The apartment is spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. It matches the pictures provided. Communication with the owner was fast. Overall, we are very satisfied and recommend this place to others.

Very clean, well maintained and cosy. Spacious living room area with a large flat screen TV (with LED lighting!) and basically all of the key subscription services. Cosy sofa, balcony to the left overlooking the immediate neighbourhood. Kitchen and facilities were fantastic. I used the steamer more or less every day and the hairdryer and drying racks also came in handy. One master bedroom with a double bed, one other bedroom with space for two singles. One main bathroom with shower + one en suite in the master bedroom. Dedicated parking space in a garage or you can park in one of the resident bays outside. All in all very well equipped and I would book the same place again when I visit Madeira again in the future! The host was really helpful and even assisted me when I carelessly locked myself out of the room…heck, he even dropped me off to the nearest convenience store in his car. And he was so friendly and responsive. 10/10.
