Location perfect for a long weekend break. Beach nearby and York city for exploring. Plenty of options. Venue has everything required in abundance. Great sleeping arrangements. Nice welcome package. Tearoom at end of road. Nearby farm shop for food.

Exceeded our expectations, the grounds we’re really well kept by James, along with the hot tub. Nestled away in nature was extremely peaceful. We spend one of the days in Scarborough which was an easy 20 minute drive away, great location! The highlight was the games room, absolutely brilliant for kids and adults - pool, darts and table tennis with all the equipment included. The kitchen and lounge are a perfect size for a large group (there was 13 of us). Throughout our stay James kept in touch if we had any queries and overall was a super host. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was fabulous. The house was huge and had everything we could have wished for, and in a beautiful setting. I will definitely be back

The property was spacious , all rooms were amazing , catered for all age groups and the games room particularly was great . A lovely peaceful location with nice grounds and nearby paths to explore . Excellent facilities and the house was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was secure and suitable for dogs to happily roam in the garden . Overall a lovely place . James was.an excellent host and took the time to explain the key features of the property . Would strongly recommend a stay at this property .
