The room was clean and beautifully decorated with little touches. For this kind of property typically there are no complementaries but the host goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. She thought of everything from tea and coffee (with biscuits) to a cloth and little dishwashing soap to wash your few dishes. It was a stay which felt full of thoughtful extras and care.

We needed 2 rooms close to the beach, clean and pleasant, but not extravagant or expensive. Karin's rooms were perfect for our needs. At a very reasonable price we were very pleased with the rooms. Super clean, very tastefully decorated, everything in place, in perfect working order, comfortable and on top of it, pretty. Easy walk to the beach, quiet area, very pleasant neighbours and a lovely host. Not a single complaint from us. Highly recommended.
