Staff was extremely courteous and helpful especially at the front desk. They went out of their way to help and assist us as we did not speak the language of the land.

Absolutely amazing hotel, fully meeting international standards. Clean hotel, lots of facilities, friendly and hospitable personnel, delicious food. We’ll be back for sure.

The location was in a tranquil place but yet close to the city centre. There is a beautiful park near the hotel which is great to walk in the morning. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Most of the staff were well trained. Special thanks to Mr Ruslan for his hospitality and calm manner in which he made us feel welcome. At the reception, Samira was very efficient. Overall great stay. Thank you to all staff.

Surprising that hotel could be 5 star, rated currently as 4. Location is good and quiet, considering uneasy traffic at other locations. rooms clean, all amenities available
