Overall, a dream stay. Beautiful grounds, beautiful building and luxurious decor. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of lovely little touches like classic movies each evening, gourmet dinner in the Pullman restaurant which is actually two train carriages from the original Orient Express, stylish cocktail bar and relaxing reading room in the Abbey.

Whilst the property is excellent it was the staff that made the experience truly exceptional. We would make special mention of our doorman and bartender. You could not meet nicer, more helpful people.

Wow just wow one of the best hotels and experience we have had, staff food the Orient Express tasting experience.. Cocktail bar thank you Erdal.. piano live was fantastic .. The service in Palmers restaurant was fantastic ... Breakfast really good... The grounds the bicycle ride.. Just so good for the family
