Lovely hotel, staff very kind and helpful, breakfast is delicious! Lovely room comfortable bed and shower with and everything I needed! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was centrally located to shops, restaurants and pubs. The coffee shop was very convenient as we didn't use the buffet, however it looked very good.

Couldn't be in a better location right by the train station right on Eyre Square minutes walk from everything in the City. Staff were cordial and chatty and my room was ready even though I arrived a little early.
