Excellent location close to the canal walk and west end pubs and restaurants. The bedroom was clean and nicely decorated. The cooked breakfast was good with several options.

Staff were very accommodating and supported well as we arrived late and there was a welcome pack left for us. Great location, room and breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious, very tasty and great selection of food. Location was perfect, short distance to Eyre Square.

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was ideal for two, featuring a spacious shower and a mini fridge, which is great for extended stays! I really appreciated the aesthetic of the building both inside and out. The breakfast was tasty, and the location was just right for walking to nearly everything!
