The room was clean and bright and cozy. Breakfast was a lovely spread and the staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable at Balcony House and will return upon our next visit. Highly recommend!

The guest house is in a very convenient location, just a pleasant 10-minute walk from Galway city centre. The staff was also very kind and responsive: when we asked to turn the heating back on in the evening because we were feeling cold, they accommodated our request immediately.
