It has a great view on Grattan Beach. It was half an hour away from the University and the path was beautiful. I went on foot every day enjoying the canal, the parks, the beautiful houses and the sea of course. It is also not far from the city center and the square. I discovered the Bell Book and Candle store on Henry street where you can find book, venyle, candles, CDs for very good prices. I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from my balcony. It was just perfect. I need to say that it was well heated, calm, clean and well equiped.

The apartment was lovely. Clean, tidy and everything that we needed for our stay. Sean is a lovely man who explained everything about the apartment,area and kept in contact. It's situated in a great area with great public transport and all amenities beside it.
