If you are visiting GMIT or students here the location is excellent .. the room was spacious there was ample parking and it was really quite and restful . The continental breakfast was a welcome surprise

Breakfast was a continental breakfast, which is good enough for me, as I don't eat much for breakfast. The area is quiet, so I got undisturbed sleep. The owner Breeg is a very nice and friendly woman.

Lovely B&B, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, very good continental breakfast included. Louise was a very attentive and friendly host, nothing was too much trouble.
