This was a great choice for a family vacation with our children and young grandchildren. The hotel is in very good condition and on the posh side, but not so posh that young families do not feel at ease. It was especially helpful to have booked a gigantic premier suite so we could all hang out together in private at night. The hotel also allows dogs, but I was amazed at how dog-friendly it was! We were even able to have our dogs sit with us at the outdoor pool (although not dive in, of course!) The a la carte breakfast, not included, was very good, but the breakfast buffet (available only on the weekend for $22 starting Fri morning) was SENSATIONAL… a chef making omelettes to order, along with a vast, mouthwatering selection of fresh fruit, pastries, bacon, sausage, potatoes, and other delicacies all made in house, I presume! There was an adorable ice cream parlor called Lindy Hops only a short drive away. Also several great family restaurants, including Oyster Creek and Romanelli’s Garden Cafe nearby. We do not golf, but we had so much fun, and so did the kids. Cannot wait to return next year!
