We stayed here for one night before flying home. Comfortable bed and good mosquito net. Around a 10-15 min walk from Galle Fort - fine location for one night but would suggest staying in Galle Fort if staying any longer. Powerful and good temperature shower. Lovely hosts. Room a bit dark and dusty in areas.

Such an amazing view from the shared terrace, with the ocean just a few meters away. The room was very clean and the host family were nice and helpful. It was hard to believe the peacefulness in the garden given the busy central street behind the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for two nights at the wonderful Villa Sea View and would come back anytime! Our stay was amazing, thanks especially to our lovely host Darshi and her family. Whether it was helping us rent a scooter, giving us great tips to explore the area, cooking the most delicious food, or even organizing a spontaneous cooking class, she truly made us feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring Galle’s Old Town, and there’s even a supermarket right across the street for anything you might need. And what could be better than falling asleep to the sound of the ocean?For anyone starting or ending their Sri Lanka trip in Galle, we highly recommend staying here. You will feel welcome from the very first moment!
