The only downside to Dams place is that we didn’t stay longer! Unfortunately we booked this on our last night in Sri Lanka. We arrived late at night after a stressful drive from Ella. We were both quite tired and stressed until we got behind the gate of dams place and instantly felt comfortable and safe with dam. Dam is the nicest, most genuine and kind man in Sri Lanka. His experience in 5 star hotels really shows. We are so grateful and happy we met him. He made us breakfast in his home which was bloody delicious. Cheers cobba! From Maggie & Jaiden 🙏🏻

I had the most amazing stay at Dams place. After travelling for a while it was so lovely to feel so at home here. The apartment is so loveky and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight however was Dam and Pushkar, such wonderful people. They were so helpful and kind and even invited me to join their morning walks around the fort which was such a highlight. I highly recomend a stay here when in Galle!

We had such a good time staying here. Dam is such a lovely man and goes above and beyond to help you with lifts and hospitality. It is a full apartment that is well equipped, clean and comfortable. A short walk to the fort area but wasn’t a problem. Fully recommend!

Dam's Place was great to stay at. Dam and his wife were lovely people..warm, friendly and helpful. Dam went out of his way to ensure we had a great time in Galle and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
