The service and presentation of our breakfast was first class; good continental breakfast. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. One could not fault the overall cleanliness of our room.

Good sized, charming room with modern bathroom. - Good location with a train station across the street. It costs 2€ per person to get into town. The train ride is around 15 minutes and trains go regularly, also during the week and in the evening. - Parking is right outside. There are plenty of parking spots. - The couple running the place is lovely. - The breakfast was great. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy. - There is a supermarket down the street.

The whole building is authentic and characterful. Such a change from the modern hotels. The location was ideal for us because we didn't want to drive into Bilbao. It is right by the motorway but the train station was just 50 yards away! Parking in any Spanish city is a nightmare and expensive. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive.

Room was very comfortable. Restaurant was exceptional. Some pricey options but excellent quality. Beautiful house over all and the staff were unbelievably friendly and a pleasure to meet. Very safe car park which was important to us with bikes and a full car as we were about to take the ferry.
