1. A very warm and welcoming host who was ready to receive us at 8:30 in the morning. 2. Flexibility to commute between houseboat and shore as many times as needed - no hesitation from the owner. 3. Clean presentation of the houseboat and the room 4. Simple breakfast as per our preferred timings

The boathouse location is very good , breakfast was simple and tasty, the owner of house boat is very friendly and easy check in .

Wow, this place it was so special. Bilal and his family they treated us as part of the family and where always there to help us out and share their culture with us. The food his mom cooked was so healthy and so yummy and the beds where very confortable. We are so extremely grateful and hope we meet again :)

This is my second stay at New Pala Palace, Lastly I visited in 2021. They have renovated the washrooms and bedrooms. The hosts are welcoming and I would recommend this place to everyone.
