Very good value for money and free parking which was a bonus. Super helpful having the kitchenette and handy with the supermarket across the road too. Room was a good size and clean, would benefit from having a sheer curtain as well as the blackout as felt a bit exposed to houses as the back. Contactless/coded entry worked really well.

The hotel was conveniently for us and the rest of the family because it was in walking distance to my sister and her husband's house. We attended a 30th birthday party. For our 3 nights stay our supplies was given to us from my family. I was surprised to see a very large fridge/ freezer. Washing up liquid, tea towel, pots, pan, plates, cups, saucer and a kettle was supplied. Along with a cooker and sink. It was home from home. Penny Mark, a large shop is across the road, plus other eating area. I am a regular visitor to Gaggenau for over 30 years and watched the hotel being built. The bed was comfortable. The mattress was firm but comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. The security code was emailed to us with no problem. We did not have room service but I saw the lady once and asked to change the towels. She was very friendly. I changed a large chipped cup which should not have been placed in the room but throw away.
