We got to go into a new apartment, it had all new facilities and it had new equipment to work with. The air-conditioning worked well, and the kitchen was great to cook in. There were plenty of cleaning tools and things to keep the apartment tidy. Then we got moved to a second apartment for 3 days and it was clean but it wasn't as good. The cookware was very cheap and harder to use. The air-conditioning not only wasn't as strong but also had a error code coming up. The windows didn't share as much privacy as the last apartment as there was no second curtain. The second apartment also had no cleaning materials to work with. We got told this was the one we originally booked, and it was under maintenance, however, we could see from the first apartment it had been rented to someone else while we were there. Up until this point it was a lovely stay.

Very elegant and accommodating for me and my kids especially because there was a pool on site in the heat of Botswana. Each bedroom was air conditioned and very clean.
