Nice and clean apartment consisting of two studios downstairs and upstairs. Outside there is a large terrace and a barbecue area which is perfect for spending time in the evenings. I personally missed air conditioning in the downstairs studio apartment, but for this amount I didn't expect any major amenities. The location is absolutely fine for exploring the entire island, but only if you travel by car. Matko is a great guy and is always willing to help you.

We (2 adults, 4 teenagers and two dogs) spent 1 week here. The accommodation is great, the host and his family are very kind and helpful. About 4 km from the accommodation there is a dog friendly beach (Malinska - Paradise Beach) with fantastic bays and beautiful views. If you prefer less crowded beaches, this is a good place. There is a mostly stony path along the beach, suitable for cycling/walking (it can walk over to Nivice, which is about 3 km away). I'd also mention the Malinska water park, which our teenagers really enjoyed (1 hour €10 per person). :-)

we stayed by Matko for a week in 8 people and the apartment was really comfortable. it’s very spacious, it has also two terraces and a beautiful space for barbecue!! it is equipped with everything needed for a carefree holiday… it even has a washing machine! Marco was a very helpful and welcoming host. so I highly recommend this apartment!

Matko und his Apartment are both very very nice. At the arrvial, Matko was already expecting us und showed us the whole house. The Aparment ist very big - and perfect for two families or several friends. In the 2 kitchens you find everything you need for cooking and in the garden, there is also a grill, which is very nice to use for bbq. During the stay, Matko is always reachable, if there are any questions - so he is a perfect housekeeper. We especially liked the big terrace, where you can sit und eat or chill. His family is also very friendly - they even gave us presents like self made soap and self made fig-jam from their own fig trees in the garden. If you like - there is also a big disco (club) in about a few kilometers - but no worries - it is very calm and quiet at the apartment. The very beautiful village Malinska is not that far from the aparment - there you can have breakfast at the little port, go shopping or go swimming... but unfortunately you have to go by car to reach it (we think).
