I liked the style of the property and the luxurious bathroom, lovely quality towels that smelt amazing, lovely quality bedding too. Hot tub with canopy and summer house was an excellent feature due to the very inclement weather.

The hot tub is a lovely touch, could just do with a couple of hooks to hang towel and robe outside as we didn’t use the snug purely because of the time of year we visited. The room is beautiful and well thought out for the size with everything provided for your stay. The area is quiet with a shop and pub which serves lovely food but beware the portions are huge it is however only a 20min easy walk to the lovely Robin Hoods Bay where there are a few shops, pubs, bistros and coffee shops, Robin Hoods Bay is so pretty it is a must visit. Whitby is 20 min drive away. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.
