The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. It was very quiet. The balcony gave us a good view over the town and towards the mountains. There was a shared seating area if you wanted to use it. Good location with a very short walk to the train station. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The snow was an added bonus which the grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again.

Very handy location in town centre, very close to bus station (10 minute bus ride to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles), and other local shops and cafes. There is a cake shop, serving very high quality cakes and pastries, which you can eat in the adjacent cafe with coffee. Kaffee und Kuchen mid afternoon became a daily ritual. Local dishes were available in the restaurant, which was good, albeit very filling. Good breakfast buffet , especially the cold options - fresh bircher muesli, fresh fruit salad, high quality breads. Rooms had good furnishings, comfortable beds

An amazing place to stay. The interior is exactly to my taste. Very clean and spotless room. The hotel has a garage. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection
